Welcome once more to The Official Artworks of Adigun Azikiwe Polack on , where this time, I have some TRULY special words to say to you before my newest 2008/2009 season starts this September in this art community.  

First of all, remember the Forbidden Love contest artwork entry by ~Digital07 entitled “Midsummer secrets”?


Well, since that HUGELY SPECTACTULAR piece of work did not make it as one of the ten official winning entries in the competition on August 24, 2008 (according to the Forbidden Love final contest results which you can see right here: [link]), I at once took the absolute liberty of suggesting this piece as a Daily Deviation (DD).  And guess what... “Midsummer secrets” finally won the DD that it totally deserves!!!  Justice has been served... and about damn time, too.   !!

...for having the sheer pleasure of immediately featuring this utterly excellent piece.  It means quite a helluva lot to me indeed!!!   !!

And a while back, I have also made a Daily Deviation suggestion for this CLEVERLY amazing piece of tutorial work by =cartoongirl7 entitled “Copic Marker Tutorial”:


...and on August 15, 2008, it has already won a Daily Deviation (DD), making it now her 2nd one so far on deviantART (her previous DD win was on a superbly amazing art piece entitled “Release”, right here: [link]), and for her *very* first tutorial about copic markers indeed, she has done a QUITE OUTSTANDING job most definitely on showing us through the complications of using Copic Markers, especially for first-time users who want to become such bona-fide pros of how anime was first animated in Japan using cels and stuff like that!!    And let us not forget the passion that she has in sharing with us from the heart such joys and hardships of drawing with these kinds of tools, which I am sure *so* many anime artists can relate to... and I am totally glad that she has added it to this tutorial piece in additions to her wonderful (and often-times so damn BRILLIANTLY funny, too!!   !! ) teachings step-by-step about shows the ins-and-outs of how to painting with copic markers!!  You will never even get tired of it at all, I am sure, as I am just personally thrilled and overjoyed that “Copic Marker Tutorial” has just been crowned with her 2nd DD win indeed... I am truly damn delighted for =cartoongirl7 and then some, and I congratulate her on that win most seriously!!!   !!!

BIG special thanks to for selecting this marvellous tutorial piece and for so graciously accepting my DD suggestion... it is absolutely such a magnificent big-time honor, really!!!   !!

And finally, I will DEFINITELY be entering ^JunkbyJen’s Think Pink III competition, beginning with this rather special little stamp piece that I am gonna do in my 2nd post-season before my 3rd season officially begins, in which I will kick off my own additional contest artwork as my season premiere, ok?  All in all, a BIG lot to shoot for, you know!?
